Subjects Offered
We accept entries for all GCSE, iGCSE, AS and A-Level subjects that do not require a Non-Exam Assessment (NEA). An NEA is a component of an examination that is assessed through coursework, practical work, projects, portfolios or other internally assessed work rather than through a written examination.
If you are resitting an examination and your NEA has already been completed and is eligible to be carried forward, you may be able to enter through us, but you must provide evidence of the completed NEA as part of your application, such as a scan of your previous examination certificate or statement of results.
Where a practical component has been completed at another specialist centre, you must provide a certificate from that centre confirming completion, together with a copy of the CPAC form where applicable for A-Level Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
If you are unsure whether your subject is available or require assistance locating the correct entry code, please email exams@eternallightschool.co.uk and our Exams Department will be happy to assist.
Update – Cambridge International (Cambridge International Education) Exams – Please note that we will no longer be offering Cambridge International examinations for the forthcoming November 2026 and Summer 2027 examination series.

Predicted Grades and References
We do not provide predicted grades or references for private candidates, as these are typically based on a student’s ongoing classwork, progress monitoring, and teacher assessments within a school or educational setting.
As private candidates do not attend our lessons or submit regular work to us, we are unable to make a fair and informed assessment of their academic performance.
If you require predicted grades or a reference, you may wish to:
- Approach a qualified tutor who has worked with you over a period of time and can provide an informed assessment.
- Contact a tuition centre or distance learning provider with whom you are formally enrolled, as they may be able to provide these services.
