If your child needs to bring in any medication for a temporary ailment, please complete the form below and ask him to hand the medication into the office. Students should not carry medication with them.

Parents of children with allergies, asthma, epilepsy etc. should contact the office once your child has been given admission so that we can complete an medical action plan. Spare medications such as asthma pump, EpiPen will need to be kept in the office in case of emergencies.
